The staff was quite professional. I booked some services for my mother for Mother's Day not realizing that Barbados was locked down on Sundays. The staff reached out to my mum and informed her of the need to give her an earlier appointment at her convenience. I am so touched by this. After my mum got home, she called me to show off her treatments. She was well pleased with her eyebrows and the foot and hand massages. Needless to say, she will be back. Thank you guys for making this Mother's Day special for my mum!

My pedicure was excellent, mostly enjoyed the scrub and foot massage given. My feet feel like I'm walking on air. As for my nails.... The accent nails given are magnificent n I'm in love with my green gel polish....... Will definitely be going back.

I had an excellent deep tissue massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My muscles felt loosened and refreshed; and tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying was worked through with great care and skill. The space itself was relaxing, cozy, and very peaceful, which made it easy to fully unwind. I left feeling lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at RenewU and the total experience was awesome. I enjoyed my back and neck message. Kimberlina ensure that the pressure applied was just right. I felt all my tension releasing. Now let's talk about the foot scrub, it was sooooo nice and the machine that then massages your toes and bottom foot was a welcoming and surprising touch as I've never seen that at any other spa. Amanda was very responsive and accommodating even when I was forced to reschedule at last minute. The fact that the lounge is open on Sundays is an additional plus for me. I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special.
