I’ve seen Kotori twice now, and as I have fibromyalgia let me tell you I know massage. Kotori gave me the most caring, deep and wonderful massages of my life and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Beautiful massage and reiki treatment! The massage was so relaxing and we had a lovely chat. Ngaire knows exactly where the tension is, and gives great advice! And the reiki is really magic. She shifted some really dark, deep feelings and I came out feeling so different! She somehow knew exactly what was going on. I loved it and will definitely be back!

The best pampering I have ever received (I'm almost 39 weeks, I cannot believe how amazing and weightless I felt at the end!). I booked the Glow Package and my therapist was Kirsty. What a beautiful soul; she put 150% into my treatment and I felt like I was her only client for the week! She gave an exceptional massage; the exact right pressure, and tended to all the places I needed relief (lower back, squeezing pelvis together, applying pressure at various points on feet and legs, scalp massage PERFECT). Felt like actual royalty and then I got the most glorious snack plate at the end!!

Great foot reflexology & leg massage after tennis helps me recover quickly

I decided to do the massage for my back pain and honestly I enjoyed that so much, I coulnd't reach my foot when stretching and I could do that after the massage. Also, Hugo is lovely person!

This treatment was amazing - started with warm tea and foot scrub. Moved on to a comfy bed for the massage. The therapist was so good, ensuring the pressure was good. Loved the head massage to finish - highly recommend! Thank you !

Ngaire is warm and caring . My massage and Reiki left me feeling lighter and less anxious . I would recommend her should you need some relief in any way .

Ngaire gave me the most relaxing massage I've had ! Went in so stressed came out walking on clouds. Can't wait for my next one!

Had a massage session with Aya and it was excellent. Luckily she was a Japanese qualified physiotherapist as well. She focused on problem areas with just the right pressure and techniques. I felt a big difference afterward.

Second time here and very impressed! Very clean space, albeit a bit clinical in a hospital complex, but the room is cozy and very clean. Therapist has been very good. Consistent, firm and can tell what they are doing. First was a foot massage, second a full body. I’ll be back for sure!
