Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

I injured my wrist during martial arts a year ago. Doctors couldn't find the issue despite X-rays, an MRI, and anti-inflammatory tablets. A cyst restricted my thumb's movement, and specialists said stretching was my only option. Koji quickly identified that my entire arm was affected, not just my wrist. After a 45-minute pressure-point massage, I felt relaxed, regained mobility, and my cyst shrank within hours. What hadn’t healed in a year, Koji fixed in one session. Highly professional and skilled, he treats the whole issue, not just one spot.

Koji is very meticulous. This was my first visit. Based on my concerns, he provided a comprehensive assessment and observation. He performed massages tailored to the issues. After the session, my shoulders, lower back, and neck felt completely relaxed. Very nice!！

Koji at Palms healing is one of the best massage professionals I have ever been treated by. Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. Highly recommended.

They're very professional & customer friendly. Specially the box & Koji. I had toes & a hand pain for over a year. I have visited doctors, therapist & other massagers. But nothing worked. Until I have visited these guys. They're the best massagers. I recommend this every one.

It’s my 2nd time returning. I actually came here on whim wanting to try somewhere new that wasn't just your regular “in and out” message. To my surprise, I found Mr. Koji's massage went beyond the physical, it's a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. I’ve been seeing Koji in my second pregnancy and he’s been able to address tension and tightness in my hips and glutes, as well as whole body. Kohtaro has been great too, helping to address aches and pains after the birth of my first child. Overall the most professional and caring massages!

Chitose’s massage is strong and firm but not painful.

If you are reading this review, book in immediately! They are highly knowledgeable, respectful and skilled in what they do. I just had a deep tissue massage with Ryo and will never go anywhere else again. I walked in hunched with frozen shoulders and walked out floating on a cloud with excellent posture. Relaxing and clean environment too.

However, the experience was affected by the noise from the adjacent room, where another therapist was engaged in an extended conversation with his client. It made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the session. Hopefully, the noise level can be addressed in the future, as the quality of the massage itself was outstanding.”

Absolutely incredible experience. Ryo took the time to talk through where I was experiencing pain and was so lovely, I was immediately comfortable as soon as I walked in. The massage was extremely relaxing as he worked through all the problem areas then I enjoyed a yummy cup of chamomile tea.

The remedial massage was very professional and extremely effective, Mr Ryo has really helped me with my issues. Highly recommended for a sports/deep tissue massage. I’m impressed with the very high standards and will be back! Update: I’ve been back and can recommend the services even more!

chitose is really strong and she knows exactly the right spots / trigger points on my body. her techniques are also really great and very unique because you can tell it is not swedish, thai, or chinese style. palms healing is probably the best massage place in sydney! will definitely come back for more treatments/massage. arigato gozaimasu palms healing and chitose san!

I had a great session with Koji. I needed help with my back and shoulder tightness. Koji knew his way around. The massage was tough but I felt much more flexible and comfortable afterwards. Will be returning.

I recently had a full-body remedial massage by Koji, which was excellent. Koji's friendly and approachable manners put me at ease from the start.
