Wonderful recovery centre! The owners are friendly and welcoming. Their facilities are beautiful, modern, and clean. I particularly love that there are different temperature ranges for their ice baths. The absolute perfect place to rest, recover, and look after your body.

This Melbourne point cook wellness centre is phenomenal. Spotless, modern space with welcoming staff (Kathy is an absolute doll ) who give great recovery tips. The ice baths deliver an invigorating plunge + endorphin hit. Sauna contrast therapy melts away stress and loosens muscles beautifully. Compression suits feel like a deep-leg massage, speeding recovery. Red light therapy leaves my skin glowing and boosts energy. Real results every session – perfect for athletes or self-care lovers. I visited Aspire Recovery today for Pilates followed by the compression boots and infrared sauna, and honestly… it was amazing! The whole experience was so relaxing and exactly what my body needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed the second you walk in. The space itself is beautiful, clean and so peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and reset. I already can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!
