I had a "moment to myself" treatment today. Massage and facial. As ever, a fabulous massage and facial with Kate. She reads my skin perfectly. It was just so relaxing. Kate is great. It's such a luxury for me, to have beautiful treatments. Thank u Kate, always make me feel so relaxed and refreshed after my treatments.

Something a bit different for me. Nails and a massage. Absolutely lush. Gentle music and comfy bed. Perfect amount of pressure. Very relaxing . And my nails are gorgeous as usual
