I have been coming to Emily from early on when she first set up. I found from day one how professional and passionate she was about what she does always going the extra mile for her customers tailoring services to meet the needs of the customer and sharing ideas and thoughts. She adapts really well to my hundred personalities 😆and has never made me feel uncomfortable she works with me and has helped me through some of my most difficult periods of low self esteem and general mental health. I find her so calming to be around and very knowledgeable always learning more for her customers. 👍

Had eyebrow threading and tinting. A lovely job done as always.

Laura was friendl and efficient and did a great job on my eyelash uplift.

Have been to Ruby’s Beauty Room a couple of times and the service has been very good. Today I had eyebrow threading and tinting. Ruby took great care and explained about the tinting as it is the first time I have had tinting with Ruby. Really pleased with the result and would recommend. I will be booking another appointment soon 😊

I have done Russian eyelashes extension, the result and the quality of the lashes are excellent, I would recommend the service to anyone looking for a fuller look and neat lashes.
