In addition to my usual HD brows I had the Korean lash lift. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, my eyelashes are really straight so not touching my eyelash curler or applying lots of mascara is fabulous. I had LVL years ago and this experience was worlds away from that, not that I would expect anything else from Billie. I will most definitely repeat the treatment when my downward pointing eyelashes reappear, thanks Billie x

I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! Fab service as always from this gorgeous woman. Delighted with my Korean lash lift and my brow tidy. Can go on holiday now!!!! One little moan up is your arrival and how you're kept waiting on the driveway. I know you're having a treatment room built in the garden which shouldn't entail any waiting at the front door but please consider how you're going to interact with clients and make them feel welcome!!!

Im so confident with Rosie..i let her decide whats best for me. Today went for a full colour, cut, treatment and blow. We thought of a colour - i was fine. Emily’s nail art is superb in every way. She also made sure that I was happy with my treatment at every step: shape, length, biab, gel colour, and design. I had a biab on toes pedicure, plus callus remover treatment. It was absolutely wonderful. Time was taken to make sure I liked the biab colour, shape as well as length of my nails and glitters. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Emily for making my visit feel so at ease, lovely and enjoyable. And for the beautiful toes :) I am in awe. This was supposed to be a one off. Will be coming back

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Jo cut my hair beautifully and restored the colour to my roots. I am very pleased with how she took so much care.

I was specifically asking for ash brown color and she was able to give me that same color.. I loved zaini's confidence, even with my hair dyed with henna she manage to rip off the henna outta my hair. It is not every hair dresser cuppa tea. If only I could add the pictures ,I would show my beautiful hair. Thanks Zaini
