Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Beautiful nails as always. Paula is so professional and never in a hurry she gives 💯 in all she does! I’ve never felt rushed with body of princess like I have at other salons or nail shops! . This was my first visit and wont be my last. From the moment i arrived, Holly was friendly, informative and helped me make a decision on which colour to choose from her vast selection that were available. Another great nail appointment- had exactly what I asked for again. Paula had the patience to use a “dipping powder” so that I had the colour I had chosen. Can’t praise Paula enough, just so friendly and professional. I’ve booked again already and also for brows and lashes. Thanks Paula - love my nails ❤️

Tayla was so welcoming, warm and friendly on my first visit last week. She did the most amazing job of my eyebrow wax and tint and lash lift and tint. Im so happy with the results and I've had so many compliments and people saying her magic has completely changed my face. I love it!! Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. An absolute genius when it comes to nails, colour, design, cuticle care, she has it all and much more! Highly recommend !

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Brilliant massage and service at Purity, as always. Michelle was wonderful. You seriously can't get a better massage anywhere else in or around Ipswich.
