Even though I booked last minute, I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was friendly, professional, and really put me at ease. As always, Majbeen is professional in everything she does, yet is so friendly and chatty at the same time. She has been doing a variety of things to my lashes for over two years and I rate her 10/10 for everything she does, whether it’s lash extensions of various sizes and colours, or LVLs, they look amazing each time. Even the eyebrow tint gives brilliant results, I highly recommended Majbeen to anyone and everyone.

I received excellent customer service, before during and after my treatment at Essence hair and beauty. Emma is professional and friendly. The stylist did an amazing job with my fresh cut and colour—it turned out exactly how I wanted, and the curls at the ends were flawless. Sophie is a lovely lady consulted me which colour would be better and also gave me a good curtain bang! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the colour wasn’t fully removed from the back, so I had to wash my hair again once I got home.

Fantastic! Lovely lash lift and tint and eyebrow wax and shape for my daughter. Made her feel at ease throughout with it being her first time. Very beautiful studio and lovely atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

The absolute best luxury pedicure.I had a wonderful relaxing experience. Everything was organised before I got there . It was fantastic. Louise literally got on her knees to accommodate me, and ensure my comfort. The choice of colour are fantastic and the skill is second to none. I absolutely loved my time there with Louise . The brow tint was done perfectly until we were both happy . It great to have the honest second opinion with a brow tint . I would not choose to go anywhere else Absolute perfection in all areas. . I originally went elsewhere NOT TAISIYA on the outskirts of Derby which the girl turned me away after 90 minutes of her trying to get the shape so I walked away..That was 100% the right decision because I found Taisiya & understandably I was really nervous & she totally understood why. I had my patch test then a couple of weeks later I went for my appointment.Taisiya got the shape within 10 minutes & that was it they were perfect I had blade & shade 2 years ago & a little freshen up & literally this week I’ve had powder brows with hair strokes.She is out of this world she has me forever now 💕💕
