I won a voucher with Chanice that she’d donated for a charity raffle. Communication was great, she was thorough with a patch test & advice on different lashes & what worked best for me. I was really happy & the lashes looked amazing! Sadly, within 48 hours I had an allergic reaction that required removal. She went above & beyond to help me and ensure the proper removal. Throughout every step of the process she showed the perfect balance of professionalism, whilst also being friendly and caring that makes you feel at ease. I’d highly recommend her and will be using her for other services.
