I had my first LVL Lash Lift with Petra and I’m so pleased with the results! She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and explained everything clearly. My lashes look so much longer and more lifted, but still very natural. The treatment room was lovely and relaxing, and you can tell Petra really cares about doing a great job. I’ve now had my second LVL lash lift with Petra and I’m just as happy with the results as the first time! My lashes look so much longer and more defined. I won a voucher with Chanice that she’d donated for a charity raffle. Communication was great, she was thorough with a patch test & advice on different lashes & what worked best for me. I was really happy & the lashes looked amazing! Sadly, within 48 hours I had an allergic reaction that required removal. She went above & beyond to help me and ensure the proper removal. Throughout every step of the process she showed the perfect balance of professionalism, whilst also being friendly and caring that makes you feel at ease. I’d highly recommend her and will be using her for other services.
