I was immediately made to feel at ease by the beauticians (sorry, I'm terrible with names) I had a bad experience with an eyebrow wax elsewhere previously so she was careful to make sure I was happy which I really appreciated. My eyelash lift and tint is sublime. They almost look false they're so long. I will 100% be back.

Lovely relaxing treatment, I think I fell asleep 😴 had an eyelash tint. Would recommend get looked after very well. I was made a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival.....

I’ve been to a few eyelash technicians before, but she is by far the best! Not only is she incredibly skilled and professional, but she also has such a warm and kind approach to her clients. Her beautiful salon is cozy and inviting—it feels less like just an eyelash appointment and more like a relaxing therapy session. I always leave feeling amazing, both because of her work and the lovely atmosphere she creates. Highly recommend!

Had eyelash lift and tint and brow lamination. Chrissy did a professional job and made me at ease and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Would highly recommend and looking forward to my next appointment

I’ve only been 3 times, all the girls are friendly & there’s a lovely feel to both salons. So far I’ve had nail, eyebrow & eyelash treatments, all of which have been to a high standard. Now booked in for a course of facials. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great service as always! Super friendly business & always great beauty services offered. I had my nails done today ready for Christmas & Megan, Katie and Sophia are all extremely welcoming. If you’re lucky you’ll get pup cuddles too. Can’t fault this lovely Southbourne business.

As always my experience with Jade was 10/10. My nails have never lasted as long as they do when I have them done with Jade around 4 weeks! No nail art is too much hassle and every appointment i leave feeling so happy with nails ❤️ My most recent appointment I had a lash lift and my eyelashes have never looked so long!
