This was my first visit at any cosmetic clinic in Australia, it surpassed my expectations! I have received injections for wrinkles for over a decade in the US, and to say the service, professionalism, cost and results were extraordinary here at EQUINOX with Ann, is worthy of more that 5 stars. I was able to make the consultation and procedure appointment for the same day. No sales pitch. But caring input about my options and valuable suggestions. I return to Perth every 3-4 months and will now only come to see Ann for all my cosmetic injections. THANK YOU

I absolutely love coming here to get my lashes done. They feel so light and you don't feel the glue! I've never had that scratchy prickly feeling when lash glue starts to lift. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience her work.

I love my new brow lamination! I didn't even think it was possible with my eyebrows but it looks amazing. I forgot to pay a deposit for my appoinment but Rachel was so great and squeezed me in between other appointments. Highly recommend as the best place in Perth for eyebrows!

Morgan did an awesome job with both my eyelashes and eyebrows. No stinging to my eyes when Morgan applied the tint, during or after. She is very caring and nurturing, listening to my requests. I would highly recommend her and I am looking forward to my next visit 😊

Absolutely wonderful. Debbie is very gentle with her treatment. Also she is brilliant in matching the strength of the tinting to the skin and hair colour. Thank you Debbie, I am very pleased with the end result on my brows and eyelashes.

I had the Carboxy Co2 facial . Jamie was my therapist. Her touch is very therapeutic. It takes a lot for me to relax and I actually snoozed . She explained each step and what to expect post treatment . The face massage was exceptional. Will be back now I’m home in Perth again 5 ⭐️

Elizabeth did a masterful job tinting my lashes and brows and giving me a very natural looking set of Hybrid lash extensions. She and Rachel were warm and friendly - especially at the end of a long day (my appointment was their last for the evening). I’ve already recommended Rachel Lavelle Brows & Beauty to friends and colleagues, and I’ll continue to sing Rachel’s praises to anyone who will listen. Sadly Elizabeth returns home to the UK before my next appointment, but I know I’m in great hands for all of my self-care needs!

Had waxing and tinting done by Debbie today. My brows and lashes look amazing. So happy with the results.

Amazing! The staff were very friendly and our appointment started on time and lasted the full two hours (1.5 massage + facial). We did the couple combo and loved it! The massage was incredible! Very thorough and obviously done by a professional. The facial was also very pleasant. Bonus points for the ginger tea and cookies at the end. So yummy!! We will be back on our next Perth visit.
