The entire team at Shine On exceeded expectations. I don’t know thst I’ve had a salon experience in Chicago where I felt I was actually being listened to when explaining what I’m looking for. Noah took the time to explain what he was doing, including what I could expect two and three cuts out. I had eyebrow threading done with Weronicka and she too was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a grown up experience. I’ll be sharing the Shine On business card with friends and look forward to my next salon day.

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

Angie was so nice! It was my first doing a lash/brow tint. I was a little nervous about my lashes since I always hear about irritation, but she was very gentle with in and kept checking in if anything was wrong. My eyebrows also look amazinggg! 💓 I'll definitely be booking with her again soon 😊

I recently had a brow lamination appointment and I’m honestly beyond impressed. She is incredibly professional and truly knows what she’s doing. The entire service was WOW from start to finish. Not only did my brows turn out amazing — they look fuller, perfectly shaped, and give me so much more confidence — but the whole experience felt luxurious. I get my lashes tinted as well as a lash lift and also my brows tinted. It took me a while to find a good place to get this done because I have very fine lashes and color just doesn’t adhere. I really have been so happy with my experience here.

Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. I had my lash and brow lamination done with Olha, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She is very detail-oriented, and everything was done gently and professionally. My lashes look longer and have a beautiful curl , I don’t even need mascara anymore. My brows look very neat and have the perfect shape, while still looking natural. I’d also like to mention the atmosphere -very clean, calm, and comfortable. The results truly exceeded my expectations.
