Nell was lovely & polite from the first moment. The back massage was perfect with the right pressure around my tight shoulders & neck. During my lash & eyebrow tint, Nell asked throughout if I was ok & if I had any discomfort with the dye. Really good experience throughout. Thank you

Danielle was amazing, couldn't do enough to put me at ease. Explained exactly what was going to happen and said if I wasn't sure I could cancel. Took about an hour to get the shape and size that was right and she didn't mind stopping and starting again. Perfection comes to mind, once she had almost finished she took photos to ensure that my eyebrows were completely right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are considering having hyper realism eyebrows, I feel like my face is now as it should before age took mine away.

Had microdermabrasion facial, eyebrow lamination, tint and wax, eyelash tint. My skin is absolutely glowing and you can now see that I do have eyebrows and eyelashes (I am a redhead and you couldn't see them before). Thank you Aimée
