I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Having absolutely zero idea about eyebrows or what I really wanted, jade was full of knowledge and went through different options with me and also explained the processes really well. The temporary tester eyebrow she drew on me was exactly what I was looking for 😊 warm and friendly salon , no pressure put on you to go ahead with the treatment after the consultation. Looking forward to having my brows done permanently!

What a beautiful salon and fabulous experience - haven't had a spray tan for a long time and wanted some colour for holiday. I was a little nervous as its daunting going somewhere new, but I was greeted warmly by staff and got myself ready in the bathroom, gorgeous and spacious and so nicely decorated. Then the lady who carried out my tan made me feel so so comfortable, and she was so quick! The tan is a great colour and very even. Im sure it will be perfect after washed off. Will definitely be back and cant wait to try other beauty treatments here. Ten out of ten experience! Thank you

Millie is fantastic! Brows - LVLs and nails just completely professional and very talented! My nails have grown so much and my daughter loves going to Millie - she can basically complete any nail art you need from small shark drawings- flowers- bows -pumpkins and anything and everything in-between!
