Just amazing. Maia is exceptional. She was thorough in her explanations and advice. I was a little apprehensive as a first timer. But they were quickly laid to rest. First time getting my lashes lifted and tinted. Sira was lovely, welcoming and understanding. Took her time, talked me through the process and the results were amazing. Absolutely recommend going, she does a range of appointments from goth/alternative makeup, bridal makeup, to facial treatments, brows and lashes.

I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !

Amazing experience. The body scrub and massage put me in an amazing mood. I went for the pamper package plus eyebrow and face wax. My eyebrows have never looked better. I felt heard and understood and didn't feel embarrassed about speaking up. I will be back as a regular customer for sure <3
