I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to anyone looking for expert brow care.

I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

Alina is very welcoming and friendly I honestly had the best experience with her. I was quite nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was happy with what she was doing she also told me exactly what she was doing which I really like because you know what to expect. I’ve done the Arosha Treatment with Basia and the experience is amazing! You can see and feel the difference after just one session. Barbara is very informative, approachable and professional. I came in for a mani / pedi before my holiday. I found Basia really professional, lots of colour choices of good quality nail varnish products and she was very skillful with attention to detail. The beauty rooms are nice, relaxing and most importantly very clean which is something I really value. Will definitely come back.
