Susan knows her stuff!👌 She is an expert in her field, and her business in Bathgate has won awards. If you need your treatment personalised, just ask😊 Whether you want the temperature of the room or the bed changed, if you want her to focus more on your neck, if you don't want dye on if you are having a lash lift. Whatever your request, Susan will do her best to fulfill your requests. I would recommend you give Susan a try for any beauty treatment you want to book, as she is a fantastic beautician!👌😀

Holy moly once again I am in awe of the magic Zara creates out of nowhere. She’s so modest she’ll argue that it’s not but lawddddd it is. Shes a wizard when it comes to nails and making absolutely stunning art on them. I feel so taken care of and looked after and I always find a new service I can’t wait to try. Had an eyebrow threading at Albi Artistry! Was the most pain-free experience I’ve ever had and my eyebrows look great! Very friendly service, will be returning :)

Gurveen was absolutely incredible. I never get my eyebrows done and she took the time to talk me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. And my brows look great! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Brow lift and tint - now a regular for this. As a glasses wearer with longer lashes, having them curled up has been fab - they don’t bat my specs anymore! This treatment lasted a full 2 months, stayed curled and looking great - thanks Clare!

First time I'd been to a proper beauty parlour to have my Eyebrows waxed and it was wonderful. Very welcoming. The lady who did my brows did the best I've ever had them done. Albi was fab! I arrived early but she welcomed me and was so hospitable. I then got a perfect haircut and a complimentary eyebrow tint so that I could try it out. She was lovely to chat with and gave a great service. I’ll be back!

Dee ensured adequate time for analgesic cream to take effect, polite, professional and informative in answering my questions to support me to make choices of shape and colour. Lamination brows and eyelash perm/tint - excellent service as usual from Claire. First time having this done, and was actually really relaxing! Will be switching to this from my usual tint and thread. Great effect if you’ve got sparse brows like me - highly recommend
