Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Anca took the time to explain everything to me and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The salon itself is incredibly fancy and modern truly on another level, you don’t see this type of salon very often in Ipswich. I highly recommend Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics for anyone looking for expert care and an exceptional experience😊✨

I had some waxing treatments with Suzie yesterday and she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, making me feel completely at ease throughout and was very reassuring. I also had a pedicure along side a file and paint today, and Suzie did a fantastic job – it was so relaxing and I’m really pleased with the results, I LOVE the colour! Thank you so much! 😊

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. Had a pedicure for the first time and considering I don’t like feet- it was a lovely experience. Great selection of colours for nails too- I went for a sparkly turquoise😍 I also get my eyebrows done here and it always makes me feel much better about them after😁 Hannah is kind and gentle which makes all the difference too!

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Brilliant massage and service at Purity, as always. Michelle was wonderful. You seriously can't get a better massage anywhere else in or around Ipswich.

It's always lovely to have a pedicure from Emly. It's even better when I arrive and remember how much papmering is actually involved, with the foot scrub, filing and mssage afterwards. So much more than just choosing a new colour and so very relaxing! Thankyou!

I didn’t have treatment today as I just had a patch test as I’m planning on getting lash and brow tints. I’ve been to this little gem of a place before for waxing and I rate it highly. Very professional, spotlessly clean and friendly.

Always a great experience with Suzie, I had my brows microbladed for the 3rd time which was a retouch after a year.
