Charlotte is so focused and tuned in when she massages me . She doesn’t just go through the motions like other massage therapists I have had. She clearly is very experienced and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to others!! Thank you Charlotte for finding all my knots and for being so lovely with it :) xx

First time having my brows laminated and I couldn’t recommend Jess more! She took the time during my consultation to really understand what I wanted, so there were no end result surprises. She was also very thorough in ensuring I understood the aftercare process which was very helpful, even giving me my own spooly.
