Katie was so sweet and so kind when we were doing my nails. I personally thought I was being too picky with how I wanted them to turn out but she was so understanding and made me feel at ease. Michelle is not only a talented technician, but she is also a lovely, warm, friendly person. My eyebrows are on point and the whole experience was much less painful than I was expecting. In fact, it was a breeze. Aftercare was explained fully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I will be returning to Michelle to try the other beauty treatments she offers. Xx
