Kirsty is excellent at eyebrow threading and shaped my brows perfectly—nice and sharp, just how I wanted them. The only feedback I have is regarding a slight delay, as I was taken in about 10 minutes late. That said, I understand this could have been due to the busy Christmas season.

Amazing experience of lash extensions with Lauren. It was my first set and she made the process so clear and explained everything. I was so relaxed!
