I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

This was the first time I have had any sort of treatment on my eyebrows, Imane put me at ease immediately , I had a consultation and patch test and on the day of the appointment, Imane talked through each step of the process showing me as she went along . I was able to choose the density and shape and am really happy with the results, thank you Imane , lash lift next ☺️

amazing service! i think i had leonie and she was a delight to have. i got the wella hair mask treatment and then a wash cut and dry and she cut it exactly how i wanted with layers and bangs. she offered her own professional advice as to how to go about my layers because i have thin hair which i so desperately needed and gave me advice on how to protect my hair in the future too as it was damaged and dead from heat styling. all in all, all staff are very pleasant and welcoming, no judgement whatsoever!
