the best lash tech and all around sweet girl ! so accommodating and creates the most friendly and welcoming environment. i’ve returned to RS every time i need my lashes doing for the last year ! one of the only lash techs in birmingham to offer brown lashes too !

obsessed with my hair! demi completely fixed the uneven colour and gave me exactly what i asked for. she listened, explained everything clearly and made it look lighter without going dark all over. my hair looks glossy, even and healthy again. so so happy.

My first time Eyebrow Threading and I enjoyed the time I spent with Sana. We were done before I knew it. She was incredibly friendly and she is happy to talk to you while doing your eyebrows. She was very informative with me and gladly talked me through her process and she even spent time informing me what she feels suited me best. And I enjoyed my time with her. I am coming back to her in the future. I would recommend her for both beginners and experienced people who had eyebrow threading. She is amazing!

Have been to Ruby’s Beauty Room a couple of times and the service has been very good. Today I had eyebrow threading and tinting. Ruby took great care and explained about the tinting as it is the first time I have had tinting with Ruby. Really pleased with the result and would recommend. I will be booking another appointment soon 😊

Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!

Amazing service. I was skeptical getting my hair dyed after YEARS of box dyes. Im glad I did my research and chose House of Karchier. Saima the hairstylist was amazing, we talked through color schemes and cuts. I would 100% recommend House of Karchier to anyone looking for professional and friendly services for their hair treatment.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. I got my eyebrows done today and I’m honestly so happy with the result! It’s usually quite difficult for me to maintain a good shape, but this time it was done perfectly. My brows haven’t looked this neat and well-shaped in a long time. A big thank you to Hetal for doing such an amazing job—she was very precise and understood exactly what suited my face. Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. I had eyebrow mapping and shaping by Sukhi today and she was great. She made sure to ask exactly what I wanted and was very attentive to details. Also, I must say she's got a very good eye and my brows are starting to look like twins now! Very pleased with the shape and I'll definitely be coming to Sukhi again!

Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.
