Great experience with Paula. She takes her time to complete the wax and ensures all hair is removed. She makes sure you’re comfortable at all times and puts you at ease. Would highly recommend!

Charlotte was beyond amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, she spoke me through everything and what next steps I should take. Just had my nails 💅🏾 & toenails down by Daniel which are gorgeous as usual & Ashley has just put in my eyelashes I didn’t know which ones but Ashley suggested what size and they look amazing plus my eyebrows have been waxed & tinted wouldn’t go anywhere else its like meeting up with your friends thanks girls

As always a fantastic service from Lorraine. She listens carefully to where your areas of pain are and treats you with care and professionalism. Left feeling much better with more movement and fab eyebrows to boot!

As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.
