Oz is a brilliant hairdresser with great chat! She really listens to what I ask for. Oz cares about the health of her customers hair & will be honest if something won’t work or if it’ll be damaging as trying to keep damage to a minimum when it comes to colouring my hair! I look forward to my visits and as a deaf person (where I need to take my hearing aid out for the majority of the colour/wash/cut and blowdry process ) Oz makes it a super comfortable experience. Thank you! Xxx

Wonderful experience with Oz and Jake who is in training. After a hair consultation to find out what I was after, what products I use and any hair priorities, Jake washed my hair (and gave the best scalp massage!). He then cut it with care while Oz gave feedback and advice. He even curled it for me so I came out with healthy and glamorous hair. The haircut took a bit longer than usual but that just made me feel pampered for longer!

Peaceful and relaxing

My experience with Quality Touch very spot on. I had a Dermapeel which exceeded expectation. The ambiance was relaxing with a little duvet to keep me warm. I was also highly impressed with the additional tips I was given on how to look after my skin in which I was sent recommended products and a routine. Would highly recommend Quality Touch and look forward to going back 😊

Bobbie was so thorough and tailored the information to my understanding of clinical care etc. A lovely experience with her and already seeing results ❤️
