Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

I had a Swedish back, neck, and shoulder massage with Fern, and it was such a lovely experience! She used the perfect amount of pressure — nice and firm — and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated how she took the time at the start to talk through my problem areas, which made the massage feel really personalised. It was so relaxing, and Fern herself was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!
