Absolutely amazing massage from Lauren - the BEST I have ever had. Firm enough to feel some long term improvement and relaxing enough to enjoy the moment. Perfect balance! Lauren explained my problem areas and how she and I can improve them over time. I also loved that I didn’t have to talk and felt relaxed enough to just switch off. I’m now booked in every 3 weeks!! Highly recommend for an intuitive, deep tissue massage. The service was also run promptly, professionally and the environment was clean and Covid safe. I felt very much at ease.

I have been seeing Ali for a clinical/deep tissue massage regularly for the last few months. It has made an amazing difference. I was suffering from headaches due to neck pain from working in an office. I now have no headaches and have regained mobility in my neck and shoulders. I now have a regular appointment that keeps me in check and pain free.

Amazing. Had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Di, she has a wealth of knowledge. Really lovely room and generally a nice feel about the place. Di has a lovely holistic skillset that I plan on exploring.
