Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... I was treated by Iwona on the initial consultation she fully understand what was required, and got to work , I can honestly say it's the 1st time I've ever felt such relief, she is a miracle worker , I've been going every week now and to experience a life free from pain is worth ever penny of Iwona miracle hands . She's so professional, understanding, funny, its a pleasure to be associated with The Body alignment studio, I can fully recommend it

This was by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever received, with being a bodybuilder I have had a fair few over the years, the attention to detail was fabulous and you’re made at ease. I would highly recommended body alignment studio 100%.
