I highly recommend anyone to see the girls at Freshwater Nutrition. I have been to many specialists with no clarity or solutions and had lost complete confidence. Exactly what I needed ! A bubble out of time Bruna was amazing, a smooth touch for an amazing and full relaxing lymphatic massage 🙏🏻 With the sauna, it was a perfect combo for detox my body, I feel amazing. I have been with Char for over 2 years. Within this time, I have learnt so many new things food wise and personally. I started with Char when I felt I wasn't ready, but knew I most probably would never be 'ready'.
