facial and head massage was absolutely amazing. The facial left my skin feeling smooth, and the head massage was extremely relaxing.

I had wet cupping with Mubina and it was a wonderful experience. The environment she created was warm and friendly which made me feel so comfortable.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

My first time visiting Shaz yesterday and she took great care when doing my waxing and eyebrow tint. My eyebrows looks amazing! And the waxing was great too she made the whole process so easy relaxing and smooth for me. Definitely will be a regular going forwards! Highly recommend! Thank you

I attended a wet cupping session with Mubina today and was very impressed with the quality of care. Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

Excellent! Was given so much information and knowledge on what products would be best and why! Honestly truly amazing experience. Can’t waiting start the treatment!

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!
