My experience at Mon Paradis was exceptional. I had a full body massage including a facial. I walked in feeling quite stressed with life, and the massage was amazing, leaving me feeling calm and relaxed. I’d never had a facial before and this was outstanding, I cannot recommend it enough, my skin is still glowing the day after! Kelly is friendly, down to earth and makes you feel completely at ease. She also gave me lots of helpful advice about skincare. What a wonderful way to spend a morning!

I had my first ever back and neck massage today, something I’ve always been very anxious about due to not being comfortable with touch. Kelly went above and beyond to make me feel safe — she explained everything step by step beforehand, reassured me that I was in control at all times, and respected my boundaries completely. The care and thought she put into the session made such a difference. Kelly offers intuitive, trauma-informed care with real kindness and professionalism. Always a nice experience at this gorgeous salon! Had my nails done by the lovely Hayley and so happy with how they turned out :) always my go to nail place in hitchin!

Carly is my favourite Hitchin find. Lovely, calm, friendly person to spend an hour with. And an incredibly skilled lash technician. I’m so happy with my wonderful, long but natural looking lifted lashes. Highly recommended. The salon is a really relaxed setting too. A far cry from the usual noisy places.

A repeat visit, pleased to see Maisie again, and the friendly welcome. Legs nice and smooth too. I’ve rebooked…

Had a lovely luxury dermaplaning done here! Ema was so lovely and explained the facial to me as I was very new to the whole thing. Calming atmosphere and a wonderful treatment ! My skin is glowing. Also had my nails done here the other week and that was fab too! Deffo will come back
