Wow had dermaplanning with Olivia yesterday what a lovely experience , my skin felt so smooth and fresh . Couldn’t belive how much fluff and dead skin came off when she showed me the end result . She was so professional and gentle always keeping me updated with what was next , how it would feel and asked if it felt ok and the pressure was correct 👍 Staff are always so welcoming and friendly . Can’t wait for my next appointment 😊

Tim was absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. He was professional, calm, and clearly very skilled, which immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly beforehand, handled the procedure with great care at every stage. Given how sensitive the area is, I appreciated his attention to detail.
