Nadia is fantastic From start to finish, everything was so professional, relaxing, and incredibly effective immediately 🫶🏼 The dermaplaning left my skin feeling *buttery smooth* and refreshed INSTANTLY — all that dull, dead skin and peach fuzz gone ! Emily was friendly but professional. She understood my concerns and took the time to talk them through. The clinic was clean, smart and airy. I had arrived at a very busy moment so there was a little waiting at the door and in the waiting area but this was managed really well so it did not impact on my experience. The procedure was smooth and without any complications.

Had my first ever Botox with Jessica at Mediface and honestly, she was amazing! I was a bit nervous going in, but she made me feel super comfortable straight away. She explained everything clearly and was really gentle — I barely felt a thing. The results are exactly what I wanted: super natural but just enough to smooth things out. I still look like me, just fresher! If you’re thinking about trying Botox (especially for the first time), I 100% recommend going to Jessica. She really knows her stuff and makes the whole experience so easy.
