Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

I did a hybrid brow course with Resian today and it was absolutely amazing! The session was super informative, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. The pace of the course was perfect—steady and detailed.Everything was explained so clearly that nothing ever felt confusing.Resian was supportive every step of the way. She’s such a bubbly, friendly teacher, and her energy made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

My experience at The blvck lounge, was amazing and I left feeling satisfied and refreshed. I had booked the Dermaplaning (a facial). Khelya was very friendly and welcoming offering me light beverages. The room was cosy and aircon really made a difference as it was a HOT day. Would definitely recommend as products are of high quality and service is immaculate, will definitely be going back.

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Charlotte is phenomenal! My deluxe club package is a real indulgence each month. The dermaplaning and hydrofacial are amazing. I am so fortunate to have found Flourish and cannot recommend Charlotte enough!
