Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Had signature dermaplane facial with neck massage and scalp massage. Harpreet caters to my skin type and I leave feeling like I’ve just had the best Power Nap. Everything is always clean tidy and Harpreet is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Thank you

Stacey has just invested in a new cloud-like mattress, it is super cosy, relaxing, and it truly elevated the experience. The gentle heat helps your whole body relax almost immediately which made the massage feel deeper and more effective without needing extra pressure. The atmosphere Stacey creates for clients is always welcoming, calm and comfortable and I left feeling truly relaxed and refreshed. I’d highly recommend that you support a small local business and treat yourself to a cosy start to 2026!

It’s such a beautiful, relaxing environment and Stacey is so knowledgeable, she won’t jump on trends but she does analysis them and will use them where appropriate and everything is tailored to you. It was so good and relaxing really sorted by stiff shoulder blade and totally de-stressed me. I slept so well when I woke ip this morning.

Went to gayle as I had seen lots of great work she had done she made me feel a ease and relaxed in her boutique very welcoming what was lovely is that we just giggled she did a great job on my brows would highly recommend
