I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea at Essential Beauty. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my first visit. My mind and body just melted away, all my tension gone within minutes, it was just wonderful. I had the Hot Stone Massage, I definitely recommend this one, the warmth of both the room and the stones it was so relaxing. If you haven’t tried a massage here I would definitely recommend this one for your next massage, it is a must. I cannot say how wonderful Kirsty was she was welcoming, polite, down to earth, you could just say if something was uncomfortable and she would fix it. Again I 100% recommend KG Therapies to anyone, to people having massages every month like me or a complete newbie.

I went back for a top up for my eyebrows as colour was not quite right. Kayleigh talked me through the whole process, making me feel at ease. The colour is perfect. Im so happy with them. Kayleigh is always so friendly, but also very professional. 🌟

Returned for my 2nd top up appointment which was fine. I came away but realised my eyebrows needed extra thickness. Went straight back into Kayleighs salon who was preparing for her next client . Without hesitation she immediately sorted out treatment products & carried out what I wanted. Such a lovely lady very professional.
