She explained each step in detail, which was fantastic. Knowing exactly what was happening to my face calmed my anxieties down tremendously. On top of that, Marta has a wonderfully calming demeanor and a gentle voice that soothed me right away. By the end of the facial, I wasn't just relaxed, my skin looked and felt fantastic!
