Disappointed that there are always hidden costs that you don’t find out about until you pay. I’m unsure why it would cost extra for colour when my appointment was a colour appointment. If there are any extra costs as the appointment progresses the customer should be consulted as to whether they want to spend the extra money at the time rather than being surprised when paying at the end.

From the moment I walked into this salon, I was hit with good feel vibes and confidence from all the lovely ladies that were in there. I’m so happy with my hair. Excellent. Rachel highlighted my hair and the outcome was really good and I'm very pleased. The colours look natural and blend beautifully and gives my hair a great uplift. It’s not just about getting your hair cut and coloured it’s the whole salon experience. My mum was made to feel special and nothing was any bother. Plenty of coffee offered and and a very special mention for the fabulous Rachel. Not only was she welcoming with a massive smile she is such a talented hairdresser.

Rachel is an excellent hairdresser and I’m so pleased with my ‘short’ haircut. She’s been cutting my hair for a couple of years or more and I’m never disappointed ☺️. Thank you Rachel x
