I had my hair cut and coloured by Clare, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is a fantastic hairdresser—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and made sure I was completely happy every step of the way. The colour is perfect, and the cut feels fresh and stylish. I’ve had so many compliments already! Highly recommend Clare if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and makes you feel great in the process.

Absolutely superb salon experience! Jessica was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel at ease. She took the time to truly understand what I wanted, thoughtfully discussing different options to make sure we were on the same page. This was my first visit to P&J Palmer and I'm delighted with my haircut. Paul took the time to discuss what I wanted and then delivered it perfectly. With a friendly, caring 1:1 service that I haven't found at other hairdressers, the whole experience was excellent. After jumping from one hairdresser to the next for years, I've finally found my regular 'go to' hairdresser!

This was a first consultation. Paul was inviting, enthusiastic and gave me some really helpful and frank advice about colouring, which was just what I needed. I think (naively) I had expected to be able to browse through haircut brochures to help me choose a style, as I find pictures easier than trying to describe in words what I'm looking for. Paul was very generous with his time, getting to know me, and was keen to ensure when I have my hair cut I have a good experience, get the outcome I want and keep within my budget.

I've been coming to Paul for a while now, but yesterday was my daughter's first real haircut. She was nervous and quite shy (very unlike her!) but Paul made her feel at ease and was so patient. He made her feel so happy and excited and she hasn't stopped talking about our visit since. Her hair is her crowning glory so admittedly I was nervous to get it cut too. He listens to what you want and doesn't deviate. Highly recommended for everyone of all ages!!

Claire is a hairdresser that actually listens to her client, also advises her client to achieve the perfect haircut. Good consultation before hand. She is really friendly and puts you at ease, she is very knowledgable and professional. I throughly enjoy my salon visit. Always come away from my appointment feeling fab x

Megan has been doing my hair for many years and always does a fabulous job, she always advises me what I need doing and colours my hair leaving it shiny and feeling thicker with her amazing blow drying skills, she leaves me feeling confident everytime. Megan is so friendly and it's always such a pleasenent appointment with easy chats and my mind is put at ease with her years of experience in hairdressing. To have Megan do my wedding hair and bridesmaids was perfect
