As a new client, the ability to book online was a huge win. There there was a booking discrepancy and I got a call from Holly - who was an absolute delight - warm and professional. The salon itself deserves special mention. Think steampunk meets boho chic, with heart and soul. Amber, you are a gem. You refreshed more than just my exterior - your humour, kindness, and generous spirit gave my soul a little tune-up too. I came in for a hair appt. and left with great hair, a full heart, and sore abs from laughing - thank you!

City of White Rock ticketed me for parking in front of the salon for over two hours there needs to be changed to this policy. I don’t need a 35$ ticket After being in the salon for just over two hours. You need to be able to register your car so that the city doesn’t keep ticketing us and hurting local businesses.

Sierra listened, did a great cut and checked in often. We had a great chat too!
