It was pretty good, there were a good 10-15 minutes (5-7 at a time) where the water halo was on me and there was no touching or massage or something, at one point I wondered if she had left the room. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't done by an RMT so I could use my benefits (but that is my fault for not asking/checking).

She knows exactly how to cut and shape my curls so they fall beautifully and with definition. My hair feels healthy, beautifully styled, and easy to manage after my appointment. Beyond her talent, she’s attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure you love your hair. I leave feeling confident and obsessed with my curls every time!

Masinda nailed my haircut and colour. Perfectly tailored with so much care and attention to detail. The salon is super cute and inviting, with such a great vibe. I also had a facial that left my skin glowing, and even booked my mom a head spa and haircut, we both left feeling amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Peter always gives the best service, his attention to detail and customer satisfaction is outstanding. He is always willing to do a quick trim on your bangs even if it is I between your regular cut. He has years of experience and I always get compliments on my hair!
