Marilena creates the ideal combination of structural bodywork, cupping/Eastern Modalities, and Nervous System regulation that allows stress to relieve, tight muscles to melt, and range of motion to increase! All of this is done with a warm, lighthearted, and respectful demeanor. Mari is amazing!
