Super massage today. Ruby is an excellent therapist. I cannot recommend higher!! One frustration unrelated to my massage was another customer who was wanting a massage treatment on her forearms spoke a lot and loudly in the cubical next door during my massage - this was distracting and disrupting. I think consultation massage should be conducted in a private room or in the reception area prior to moving though to the massage therapy area so to not diminish the enjoyment and relaxation of others.

First time at bamboo spa Papanui and it was a fantastic way to end the day together for us. I highly recommend this business, and the professional, skilled ladies. We had a couples sweedish massage with ventosa cupping and it was absolutely amazing. Both my partner and myself walked in feeling sore, tired, with tight muscles and stress, pain from weeks of busy work life. The calm and positive vibes, atmosphere along with the amazing skilled massages left us both feeling relaxed, unwound and destressed. Thank you Bamboo spa and the lovely staff at Papanui branch, we will definitely return.

Best massage Ive had in Christchurch. Had me falling asleep toward the end. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The pressure was amazing, did cupping for the first time I was a bit scared at first but great results. 10/10 will be back 😊

We treat patients with kind and innovative manual therapy and acupuncture.

Anthony is great! He’s very caring, thorough, pleasant and professional to deal with, definitely recommend him! His acupuncture and cupping has definitely helped with my back and shoulder problems.

John did a really great job with the acupuncture, cupping and massage! I have 2 degenerative discs in my lower back and still do weightlifting which can impinge my nerves and affect mobility. After one session yesterday, I have full mobility and no nerve impingement today! Will be coming back again :-)

Our therapist was professional and welcoming and the place was lovely and relaxing. I got cupping on my back and it already feels so much better, will be back again shortly! Thank you so much 😊
