There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Thank you Paul, my sports massage was much needed yesterday and I came out 100% better than when I came in 🙏🏼

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waiyee was my therapist and she was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me options and worked alongside my needs, so this made my experience very personalised. Her knowledge was outstanding. Very sociable also! I will definitely be returning for further treatments now I know her and the wellness lounge! Great calming, peaceful environment. Waiyee is an absolute genius, giving me tips on how to improve my training to help with my running and I've really felt the benefits, no longer having issues with my knees running which is a first! My first experience receiving a massage from the lovely Paul! Honestly wow🤩the massage was a perfect blend of relaxation and therapy! His pressure in the areas that needed more work on was perfect & the holistic massage over the rest of the body had me in new heavens of relaxation✨Thank you so much, enjoyed the conversation & the massage, I will for sure be back☺️

I had sport massage with ice bath therapy and sauna and wow is all I can usually got plenty to say but that word sums it up in one! From the start every pain stuff muscle was tended too then on to the cold water therapy and coached by wai who clearly new what she was doing calmed my nerves and talked me through the hole process and that was an amazing experience I highly recommend and will be returning as a member thank you!

I had my first experience in the recovery lounge today and it was a great one that’s for sure! I want to thank Filip for giving me thorough information on the treatments and supporting me during my cold plunge. He was at my assistance whenever I needed him but also gave me privacy to relax and enjoy the treatments such as the sauna, red light therapy and the pressotherapy. I look forward to coming back again next week!

As always, a superb experience with Filip guiding us through the 20min sauna, 5min Ice bath (just!), infrared therapy followed by compression therapy. I always feel so rejuvenated after these sessions! Can’t wait for the next ones!

Excellent. The lounge exceeded our expectations. I visited with my husband, and we both fit in the sauna, so there are no issues with size. We tried all options from the recovery lounge: sauna, cold plunge, pressotherapy and red light therapy and would highly recommend all. The small touches make a huge difference, from bringing us electrolytes whilst in the sauna, rining the bell when entering and the coaching through the cold plunge - couldn't recommend enough!
