I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

Great massage

Massage was very good, definitely recommend!

Feeling great after my massage by Carlos and he had really good conditioning advice for a running niggle as well.

Emily is so lovely and friendly and does wonders on my neck and shoulders I would recommend to any friend.

Fixed a lot of tense and aching muscles. Very thorough on targeting problem areas.

He expertly delivered the treatment and was very intuitive on treating my shoulders and upper back where I carry a lot of tension, addressed all the issues I had and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
