Jason is a bright and charismatic therapist who put me straight at ease; a genuine, down-to-earth guy. The consultation on the day discussed problem areas in more detail and ensured we were on the same page regarding what I wanted to achieve from the treatment. A newcomer to Cupping Therapy, the process was explained throughout and Jason ensured I was as comfortable as possible during the treatment. It's the next morning now and the pain in my shoulders and back have reduced significantly. Great aftercare card. Thank you Jason look forward to another treatment with you in future :)

Angela is incredibly talented at what she does. Her massage and healing therapy are amazing. Not only are the treatments amazing, but her treatment rooms are the extremely relaxing, warm and comforting; I always leave feeling an overwhelming sense of relaxation and calmness in body & mind. My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, Jason is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, I’ve never come across anyone that can go deep in to your muscles without causing much pain, I felt very relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I’m usually in agony when having a deep tissue massage but not with Jason. I’ll see you again very soon. Also to add a very polite and friendly gentleman.

From first contact when booking the appointment to the actual appointment I received first class service. This was purchased as a surprise birthday gift for my mum from Glasgow that was visiting a friend in Leeds. I booked for a reiki massage today - what a special experience! Angela uses a variety of techniques to give a truly holistic treatment in her haven in Horsforth - chakra unblocking, crystals, guiding cards and sound therapy as well as a firm massage and reiki healing. I floated above the bed and left feeling still and peaceful, prepared for a restful sleep. Thank you special lady.
