Had my first scenar therapy session with Jade yesterday. She was professional, friendly and listened when I mentioned my minor lower back issue. The scenar therapy was a strange new feeling, but it felt good while it was happening. I could feel a release in my back and around my hip, which was lovely. She finished with dry cupping and a massage. Excellent first experience with Jade. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to anyone I know.

Incredibly relaxing therapy session and really amazing skill

First time having the wood therapy. Really impressed with my results, my waist looks alot smaller and tummy feels tighter too. Already booked my next session! Jade is absolutely amazing, welcoming and fantastic at what she does! Really calm relaxing atmosphere - heated bed too! Perfect xx

Absolutely amazing experience! As someone that has struggled with lower back pain, and joint stiffness- I have tried many different massage therapies. This is the one 10/10! I have had 2 sessions so far and already I have noticed a huge improvement in my pain and joint stiffness and I have been sleeping much better as well!

My body Maintenance is a must to keep me going in my job. Jade always recharges my muscles, ligaments etc to help function again! I know when I miss a session that’s for sure! I Feel the stress in my body muscles dissipate. Brilliant treatment and she gets my quirkyness!
