Had my first client appointment yesterday evening with Miles. His knowledge and dedication to Massage therapy is outstanding and it shows with his work. Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

To say I was nervous before coming to treatment, I was put at ease straight away. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helping understand my issues better. I have been struggling with pains in my legs and back for a while and Miles took the time to not only help me with this through massage therapy but to explain to me in detail what could be contributing to this in my everyday life. After just one session I feel not only so much better in the areas we worked on but understanding where this could be happening and what I could do to help mitigate these pains in my everyday life.

Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly. I have also received follow up advice and stretches which I will be using until my next appointment. Thanks Miles!
