My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Claire has a lovely energy and really explained the whole process to me, it truly is fascinating! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing, I hope to have more sessions with Claire in the future to keep my lymphatic system in check even after my recovery from surgery, thank you Claire!

Claire is so knowledgable and supportive. I booked in with her following the after effects of a tick bite, Lyme disease and subsequent antibiotics. Following the MLD massage treatment, I felt relaxed and more confident that I’d be able to improve my situation. She gave me many ideas to support recovery of my lymphatic system. Very friendly relaxing atmosphere

Claire is always attentive to my injuries and needs and will tailor the treatment accordingly on the day, depending on how I present when I arrive. Claire has a wonderful overall holistic view where she not only focuses on the physical but your overall well being, which we all need to be reminded of. I have known Claire for several years and she is the one person I continually return to for treatment.
